The hotel rooms were quite large and really comfortable, although I expected more for the price. Being close to the pool was a bonus. The service was a mix of forgetfulness but turned courteous and helpful once resolved, with a professional and friendly staff. The location was very centric, close to shopping areas, restaurants, and popular spots. The dining experience was a letdown with limited options and faulty electric outlets. Despite some flaws, the hotel offers convenience and a decent atmosphere overall.

My stay at the hotel was convenient, with clean, brand new rooms right by the parking, making it easy for me after my surgery. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator. However, the service could have been more accommodating to our needs. The location was great, close to La Cachanilla Mall and the Civic Center, offering well-maintained facilities. The dining options were decent but could be more varied. Overall, a good value for money stay.
